The hotel had a great location close to many shopping malls and traditional eateries. It was also a great place to stay for Pokemon Go players as it was a gym! The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.
The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell, but it wasn't enough to ruin the stay. Lastly, the bathroom door handle came off and the toilet got blocked a bit, but it wasn't enough to cause a big problem.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. I was able to park my car onsite. Useful base for a vacation in Miri

This venue is conveniently located just a mile away from the petroleum museum, and we were delighted with our decision to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location. It was in close proximity to a shopping mall and traditional eateries, which is always a plus. that, the bed definitely gets a thumbs up from me for its comfort level.
The musty smell in the room. the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The bed and pillow were comfortable, the location was strategic and near Bintang Mall, good for Pokemon Go players, and there were a range of local food options nearby.

We had a great stay in a comfortable room with a small balcony, just like in the photos. the location was perfect, close to a shopping mall and local eateries. the nearby mall had a range of reasonably priced electronics and a supermarket for everyday supplies. the hotel was also near a popular food street with various dining options. the convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the local cuisine.
We did encounter a slight mold smell in the room.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is conveniently situated near a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
